Aromatherapy, using Young Living Essential Oils, is included in all sessions at no additional charge.

Developed by Hugh Milne, D.O., Visionary Craniosacral Work encompasses all ways of working with the craniosacral system, including biodynamic, energetic, mechanical and visionary. ‘Listening’ to the cranial system can be extremely beneficial for both adults and babies to establish a slower pace in the nervous system where resolution and integration are possible. Craniosacral work can also be very effective for conditions such as headaches, whiplash injury, low back pain and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

Prenatal sessions using the BodyCushion system (if appropriate) are always 75 minutes, and are priced the same as 60 minute sessions. Deep relaxation, and stress relief, support all stages of pregnancy while focused neuromuscular, myofascial and lymphatic work can alleviate symptoms more common during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Jill also offers support in preparing for conception, exploring early imprinting with parents and recovery from challenging births.

Jill is certified in MotherMassage and in Prenatal and Birth Therapy.

In these sessions we work with intention, sensory exploration and craniosacral work to create an opening for your ‘blueprint’ energy to emerge.

Stress or trauma in our early lives can create imprinting in our bodies and psyches that profoundly impacts the direction and quality of our lives as adults.

What can you expect from the sessions?

  • A deeper connection to yourself & others

  • The ability to slow down & to experience your deepest resources

  • A shift away from compensatory patterns & the capacity to choose your most authentic form of self expression

Other treatment techniques may include:

  • Visceral mobilization

  • Manual lymphatic drainage

  • Muscle energy technique

  • Raindrop Therapy*

  • Reflexology

  • Acupressure

Jill has been using Young Living Essential Oils in her bodywork practice since 1997. She offers traditional Raindrop Therapy consisting of 7 essential oils, 2 essential blends, and 2 massage oils.
